You can choose anything you wish, however most of the popular names have already been taken.
email
One thing to note is that you do not need change your current email address or any settings on your computer. The email for your site will be an additional address for you and is related to the domain name you purchase.
You can have any name preceding your web site name, the choice is up to you, (we provide up to 5 email boxes on our starter websites).
examples:
info@yourname.co.uk
alan@yourname.co.uk
enquiries@yourname.co.uk
Email can be delivered to you in various ways:
Forwarded.
Email sent to one of your site addresses will be automatically forwarded to your existing email address.
for example, visitor sends an email to info@yourname.co.uk this is then automatically forwarded to your existing email address.
If you change your Internet service provider it is easy to reassign your new email meaning that your site email remains valid.
One slight downside of this method is that when you reply to an email it will appear to come from existing email address and not the site email address.
Direct.
An additional account can be added to Outlook or Windows Live Mail, email sent to your site address will then go directly to your inbox, replies will come from your site email address, giving a more professional appearance.
Webmail
We will also provide you with webmail access to your site email (useful if you are away from home)
You can read and reply to emails. Any replies you send will come from your site email address.
